Fuller Davies’ investment programme continues

Print Solutions

Fuller Davies has announced that it has invested in its finishing department once again with the purchase of a Muller Bravo Plus saddlestitcher and a Duplo 600i bookletmaker with SquareBack feature. The installation was very smooth and both bits of kit are up and running at full capacity!

This is all part of an on-going £2.8 million investment programme which started in August 2016.

Neil Stones, managing director, added: ‘We continually look at areas to improve efficiency within the business and speed of turnaround for our customers. The print sector and wider economy continues to pose some challenging questions and investing in new kit forms an important part of our strategy and drive for greater efficiency.

‘Both Muller and Duplo are exceptional manufacturers with great pedigree. They have continued to develop and improve their equipment over the years resulting in superbly engineered, high specification machines.

‘We can go up to A3 on the Muller and A4 landscape on the Duplo, both very important features for us and our customers. Plus we have a new product we can offer our customers in the form of SquareBack binding. We are all extremely excited about these new investments which are already providing an increase of 20% in our productivity as well as enhanced quality and service levels to our national client base, which is essential in today’s dynamic print market.’
