Celloglas gains BPIF HR seal of excellence

Celloglas is celebrating, having achieved the BPIF HR Seal of Excellence Award across all three sites, demonstrating its commitment to its growing team and making them a key part of the company’s future vision.

Stacey Bromley, of the BPIF HR team which co-ordinates the HR activity across all three sites in Reading, Leicester and Leeds with Celloglas, said: ‘This is brilliant news for the team which has been striving for HR consistency across the business.’

To achieve the Seal of Excellence for HR, a minimum score of 80% must be gained on the HR Healthcheck undertaken by a BPIF aadviser who agrees the company position, and makes recommendations of any improvements needed.
