Warren announces stock range extension for Chenming’s Poplar GC2 and Super GC1

Warren has announced that due to increasing demand, it has extended its stock range of Chenming Paper’s Poplar GC2 H/S and Poplar Super – providing customers with an unrivalled choice of calipers and sizes.

With over 200 different specifications available, Warren will now have a product and size variation to suit most customer requirements.

Poplar Super GC1 is a fully coated, white back folding boxboard with a lick coated reverse. With superb folding characteristics, it is an excellent choice for both general packaging and graphical applications.

Poplar GC2 H/S is a fully coated, hard sized, white lined folding boxboard with a cream back, and is aimed primarily for use within the confectionery, frozen and chilled food and pharma market sectors.

Both products are already in place in sheet stock for immediate delivery.

Underlining their versatility and environmental credentials, both grades are available with FSC certification and suitable for all types of printing applications, including varnishing and film lamination.

We have committed to large stock levels with over 150 sizes in the Poplar GC2 range alone, offering our customers as many options as possible outside of standard sizes to try and optimise the best fit option-therefore reducing wastage and keeping the offer as competitive as possible.’
