Adapt named as exclusive UK distributor for new HP Latex R2000

Adapt has been announced as the exclusive UK distributor for HP’s new Latex R2000 rigid printer which was unveiled at Fespa 2018.

The HP Latex R2000 is a true hybrid technology that merges HP’s flexible printing capabilities into rigid printing. The HP Latex R Series brings vibrant colours into the flexible and rigid printing world and pioneers white ink capabilities with the introduction of HP Latex White Ink. The printer can also accommodate materials up to 2.5 metres wide and up to 5 cm, bringing excellent speed and quality to a wide range of rigid materials, such as foam boards, foam PVC, cardboard, fluted polypropylene and solid plastics.

As part of the Amari family, Adapt has significant expertise in marketing rigid printing consumables, providing customers with everything connected with printing – from boards and hardware to roll media and inks. The company has a long history implementing and supporting HP Latex printing solutions. This has been instrumental in its selection as the exclusive partner for the new HP Latex R2000.

Adapt will go on to dedicate an HP Latex Rigid Printing Demo Centre in Manchester, scheduled to open in July of this year. This facility will offer customers the opportunity to see the R2000 in action, test the product themselves and explore all the possibilities this new innovative kit opens up to them.
