Highest BRC award for The Label Makers

Leading label manufacturers, The Label Makers, has achieved an AA grade certification following its recent annual BRC audit. Under the revised issue 5 of the BRC Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials Basic Hygiene Category, an AA grade is the highest award that a business can achieve within the announced audit certification scheme.

BRC certification streamlines the supplier approval process and provides reassurance to processors, food manufacturers and retailers that The Label Makers meets its legal requirements and its Quality Management System comprising a Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) System, Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene, safety and quality requirements is of the highest standard.

The Label Makers’ managing director, David Webster, said: ‘It is vitally important for us to ensure that our processes and procedures meet the highest standards and achieving a AA grading only serves to reinforce that commitment.
