Worcestershire based Automated Packaging Systems has once again been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation, due to its on-going commitment to staff investment.
Automated Packaging Systems has achieved the IIP accreditation for the 19th consecutive year through supporting its staff to develop skills such as leadership and expertise, while listening to their feedback and making continuous improvements to the workplace culture.
The highly regarded accreditation, recognised across 78 countries, has to be renewed each year by a dedicated IIP Practitioner who conducts a questionnaire with a sample size of employees to benchmark the company’s performance. The criteria includes nine indicators and 27 themes that analyse if the business is outperforming industry norms.
