As print partner for the Ryder Cup, Pureprint recently produced all of the printed collateral for the major event held at Le Golf National, Paris last month.
Will Marsh, client services director at Pureprint Group, said: ‘It was a complex project with nearly 70,000 individual orders picked, packed and despatched from our fulfilment centre, each pack being scanned and tracked as 350,000 tickets were sent to addresses across Europe, USA and the rest of the world. Ticketing required integrating our workflow with the ticketing agency order processing system utilising our Purity Event Management software which gives full traceability and order matching.’
Pureprint’s GDPR compliance, ISO 27001 Information Security accredited workflows, Purity Event Management software and award winning print quality meant it was an ideal print partner for the Ryder Cup.
As well as printing the 350,000 personalised tickets, the players guide, media information booklet media photographers guide and 45,000 copies of the Ryder Cup programme were printed at the company’s Uckfield production site. Menu cards, place cards, scorecards, lanyards, luggage tickets and vehicle decals were also part of the package. The Pureprint project management team also managed overnight draw sheet production in Paris, delivering to the course by 4.00 am each morning.
