Farewells at Humidity Solutions

John Barker, managing director of Humidity Solutions has announced the retirement of two valued employees.

Roger Palamarczuk is a senior sales engineer who has been with the company since 2012. Roger has had a long and distinguished career in the HVAC sector working with Eaton Williams and Worsley to mention a couple, and a spell working abroad in South Africa gaining a wealth of experience in the industry, which has been much appreciated whilst working with Humidity Solutions. Recent projects that he has been particularly successful working with are offshore oil rigs providing humidity for the accommodation blocks on sites in Canada and Azerbaijan plus, more recently, the food industry which is a growing market for humidity control.

Barry Barnes joined Humidity Solutions in May 2013 in the position of finance manager and has been instrumental in managing the financial aspects of the company’s continued growth. Barry had worked with John, Lindsey Henderson (co founder and sales director at Humidity Solutions) and Rob Luddington (after sales director) many years back in West Sussex. The four colleagues each spread their wings over the years and Barry settled in the West End working for a multi-national construction consultancy company. They all kept in touch however, and eventually John was delighted to be able to persuade Barry to join Humidity Solutions to bring the team back together again.

Corrine Harrison joined the company in August this year to work with Barry and be ready to take over this crucial role.

John Barker commented, ‘We are extremely grateful to Roger and Barry for all their hard work and commitment to our team, and wish them both a very long, productive and enjoyable retirement.’
