Lenvale acquires Kes Reclamation

The Lenvale Group has announced s the acquisition of the manufacturing assets of Kes Reclamation Ltd and will trade as Kes Packaging.

Group managing director Martin Ferrari commented, ‘This is an extremely complementary business to our group and significantly expands our opportunity in paper product manufacturing.

‘As demand for paper products continues to increase this will allow Kes to explore other areas of opportunities competing against plastic and other substrates.’

Kirk Smith, Kes managing director, added: ‘This is a positive timely change for Kes and allows for further development of the business through the Lenvale Group allowing the business to expand and diversify into alternative markets.’
