Printbox, a software provider of white label software solutions, and Photobook Worldwide, a leading photobook provider, have announced a new partnership to bring the best technology and production to the personalisation market.
Photobook Worldwide is now poised to enhance its product and service experience with a leading edge photo customisation engine which has been co-developed over the past 18 months.
‘For the last five years, Printbox has delivered innovation and value as a trusted partner and software provider to so many companies all around the world, professional photographers and commercial photo labs. This year, we are beyond excited to welcome one of the biggest photo products providers in the world: Photobook Worldwide!’ said Michal Czaicki, CEO at Printbox.
‘Onsite training carried out by the Printbox team at the company's headquarters was a great opportunity to both teach the system and establish partner relations that later brought good results in our everyday work,’ Michal said.
Established in 2005, Photobook Worldwide has expanded across borders and currently holds offices in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This allows the company to extend its reach to the global market, effectively serving over 100 countries.
‘Customer happiness is core to what we do, and we really appreciate Printbox for going through this journey with us. We have received extremely positive response since the launch and we believe that the best is yet to come as we continue to focus on our customers,’ said Leow Wee Jonn, CEO of Photobook Worldwide.
Printbox CEO Michał Czaicki continued, ‘We entered this business relation with end customers in mind and we worked round the clock to enhance the experience. We have created a unique solution for the company which was possible through a very strong relationship with Photobook Worldwide.
‘Thanks to the tremendous work of PBWW outstanding staff, the company introduced over 20 brand new and re-designed web shops to the world, without any downtimes. This integration is one of the biggest that we've been through and it is a huge success.’
