Elephant Print + Display invests in new laminator

Print Solutions

Sussex based digital print company Elephant has recently installed a new D&K Neptune laminator along with foiling attachment. The machine was purchased in May through D&K dealer Ashgrove Trading and replaced Elephant’s manual feed laminator.

The automatic feed of the Neptune will allow the company to work faster and the foiling attachment will enhance the work from its HP Indigo and Xerox J75 presses. The new investment will allow the company to focus on more specialised print products including short run paper over board binders and perfect bound books.

The five staff business was established in 2002 and operates from three units in Barcombe, East Sussex.

Jason Gadd, managing director, said: ‘We liked the build quality of the machine and the ability to embellish the work has a lot of appeal for our creative clients, the training and service from D&K was also very good.’
