Complis, the comprehensive workflow solution for marketing, operational and procurement teams, is increasing its penetration into the UK’s marketing supply chain, with the announcement of a series of new clients.
Already being used by more than 30 of the UK’s top brands to create print tenders and orders, and manage brand assets, the cloud based Complis has now been chosen by three new clients to bring efficiency and cost saving to the marketing supply chain. Those clients are:
CPI Colour – a multi-channel marketing services and print production company based in London.
Point Group – a strategic marketing services partner controlling a $100 million procurement spend and delivery of end to end marketing solutions across Africa and the Middle East.
Opus Trust Communications – customer communications management specialists based in Leicester.
Key to the decision of these companies to adopt the Complis system has been its ability to function as a complete information and procurement management system, integrating with existing systems such as accounting packages, and greatly simplifying the sourcing and delivery of marketing supply chain services.
Dan Cottrell, business development director at CPI Colour, commented: ‘We recognise that our clients need more than just manufacturing solutions these days. It is all about how we can add value, how we can help with speed to market, protect their brand equity, bring process enhancements, reduce cost and drive innovation, and that is what Complis allows us to offer.
‘An end to end workflow like Complis, offering everything from Digital asset management, creative execution and campaign management, to production workflow, fulfilment and distribution, is absolutely what our clients need.
‘One of the key things we want to offer them is simplicity: just log in to one system and they can see the complete workflow all in one place. Complis is a well thought out, managed workflow solution specifically for the marketing world, and that is key.’
The Complis software, developed by Complisoft, is highly customisable and can be tailored to customer requirements in any business sector. Delivered on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, it can operate as a print management solution, procurement tool and marketing and brand management solution, complete with online campaign management tools and workflow that can save time and cost while ensuring brand consistency.
Complisoft managing director Lee Eyre said, ‘We are delighted that more and more companies throughout the marketing and procurement supply chain are recognising the advantages that the Complis system provides.
‘With the enhanced visibility, control, accessibility and efficiency that Complis brings to these often complex projects, our users can streamline the delivery of marketing and procurement services to their clients, typically saving 20% on campaign costs, while reducing errors and speeding up time to market.’
