Antalis sustainable range extends with Triaprint polypropylene

Antalis has introduced Triaprint, the latest addition to its sustainable product range. Manufactured by IPB, the extruded polypropylene sheet consists of three layers with a cell structured core and smooth top and bottom layer, both Corona treated, making it ideal for screen and UV digital printing.

Triaprint has a smooth top and bottom surface and is an excellent environmentally friendly alternative to the use of foam PVC, foam board and other rigid plastics, as its construction is 100% polypropylene, in turn making it 100% recyclable. The smooth top surface is more akin to the type of finish seen on solid polypropylene such as Antalis’ Priplak range.

The sheet sizes Triaprint is available in are 1220 x 2440 mm and 1500 x 3050 mm, with thickness options of 3.4 mm and 5.7 mm. Antalis stocks Triaprint in white with other colours available made to order.

Key characteristics of the Triaprint sheet include its smooth printable surface, high compression strength, high rigidity and low weight. Additionally, it is made with a fire retardant additive.

The possible applications of Triaprint are vast, including point of sale and display, indoor and outdoor signage, exhibitions and events, and both internal and external hoardings.
