Apogee Corporation has announced the launch of a new client support platform. The innovative remote management application, ARMA, proactively and remotely monitors all printing device activity enabling automated and proactive remote support that optimises client’s performance as part of their managed print service.

The Remote Management Application (ARMA) is quick, simple and secure to implement and once installed, the application automatically monitors and supports clients by proactively managing all output on their print devices. The application automates consumables and specific spare parts delivery,

improving uptime that dramatically enhances client service and support.

A key component of Apogee’s managed print service, ARMA works with all organisations and number of devices maximising uptime and the performance of print technology, combining remote monitoring, predictive analytics and proactive care.
