Print Solutions Zanders is to continue to produce high quality specialty papers and boards in the future. The company will be taken over on 1 December 2018 by the new ‘Zanders-Paper GmbH’. Dr Marc d'Avoine, insolvency administrator at Zanders, has announced the successful conclusion of the negotiations: ‘We are pleased that the acquisition will be made by paper professionals who are already very successful in the industry. The continuation of paper production at Zanders is thus assured.
