Liberty Packaging Systems add innovative compact L-Sealer wrapping system range

Liberty Packaging Systems has expanded its range with the introduction of a compact fully automatic L-Sealing system that can be run by just a single operator. The Wrapmatic Compact system, manufactured in Italy, is aimed at suppliers who are looking to increase productivity and improve security of products up to 420 mm long.

The fully automatic WrapMatic Compact is an innovative wrapping machine that comes with a built-in shrink tunnel and doesn’t require compressed air. The L-sealing system also includes a ‘come back’ conveyor making it ideal for just a single user. The compact system can wrap up to 1200 pieces per hour dependent on film and product size and is a great option for when space is limited. Products up to 120 mm in height, 420 mm in length and 400 mm width can be wrapped. As the system works only with electrical power supply benefits includes reduced maintenance requirements and noise levels as well as improved speed, productivity and sealing precision.

Peter Fiorentini, managing director of Liberty Packaging Systems, said ‘We have been specialising in poly and shrink wrapping equipment for over 25 years and have seen a demand for compact, fully electric wrapping equipment with built in tunnels. There are so many high spec machines around but the compact system is so easy to use and only requires one operator to work.’
