Signmaster appointed to Mimaki channel with sign and graphics focus
Shropshire based Signmaster Systems has been appointed an authorised reseller for Mimaki’s wide format sign and graphics product range by the company’s exclusive UK and Irish distributor, Hybrid Services. Following its purchase of the long established business, new owners, Lucy Ratcliffe and Samantha Kehoe have instigated a renewed focus on hardware sales and support, setting up the opportunity to represent the Mimaki brand.
‘Becoming a Mimaki reseller again was the first item on our wish list when we bought Signmaster,’ said Lucy. ‘Sam and I had Mimaki machines when we first started our print business. We believe in their quality and wanted to start offering them to our customers again and we were truly delighted when Hybrid felt the same.’
Boasting an enviable showroom along with training and warehouse facilities, the business has a substantial customer base within the sign making sector and a strong reputation for service and product knowledge. ‘We are very pleased to be working with Lucy, Sam and the team at Signmaster and look forward to helping support them and their customers with their investment in Mimaki solutions,’ said Hybrid’s national sales manager, John de la Roche.
‘Our plan for Signmaster Systems is to provide our customers with a choice of the best products and technology in the market – Mimaki most definitely fits into that vision,’ reiterated Lucy.
Signmaster sports a range of Mimaki’s latest sign and graphics hardware in its showroom, including the new UCJV Series LED UV printer/cutter, and a dedicated JV150 solvent printer with matching CG-FX plotter and the team extends a warm welcome to companies investigating a wide format printer purchase. ‘Visitors to Signmaster will be impressed with the facilities and the opportunity to demo the latest Mimaki hardware in an inspiring environment,’ continued John.
‘Bringing Mimaki back into the business has created a lot of excitement for the staff, Lucy concluded. ‘It is a range we are all passionate about and we look forward to helping customers by adding Mimaki or upgrading their current machine.’
