BCQ Group acquires Hunts Litho (Kidlington)

Buckingham based BCQ Group has bought 100% of long established Hunts (Oxford) Holdings Ltd to create a £15 million plus print group.

Hunt’s Timon Colegrove and BCQ chairman Richard Knowles have shared a long term respect for each other’s companies and believe the resultant ‘fit’ will benefit both customers and staff and help the enlarged group to prosper into the future.

Remarkable synergies already exist. Both companies have a similar ethos. Both have a strong brand and are well respected in the trade. Both have highly skilled and loyal workforces, producing high end, products. Both use the same MIS and workflow and share a mutual passion for all things ‘print’.
