SpectroDens: new features for download free of charge

There is good news for all users of the SpectroDens device. On the Techkon website new practical features can now be downloaded free of charge. The new measurement function for the quality control of spot colours SCTV (Spot Colour Tone Value) can now be used with all SpectroDens units having colour displays.

The useful Average Measurement feature is now available for all devices. The PhotoLab Module for colorimetric quality control, which is embedded within the SpectroConnect software, also works with the Advanced version of SpectroDens.

SpectroConnect also now supports the exchange of tone adjustment curves between different applications on the basis of the international standard ISO 18620:2016. This is a standardised but simpe extensible format for applications like colour management, calibration and raster image processor systems. Prerequisite are transfer curves created with SpectroDens or SpectroJet.
