GIS appoints new head of customer experience
GIS has appointed Laura Able to the new position of head of customer experience. This role strengthens the company’s continued commitment to excellent account management and technical support for its customers in the industrial inkjet sector.
Laura brings a wealth of experience and discipline to the role, most recently following 11 years as global customer experience manager at Domino Printing Sciences. At Domino, Laura was responsible for the customer experience strategy, driving a customer first approach to business processes across their global sales and manufacturing sites.
Throughout her successful career, Laura has consistently delivered productivity and quality improvements aligning operational excellence with the customer experience.
‘My passion for operational excellence is nearly as strong as my passion for exceeding customer expectations. Our teams at GIS is committed and customer focused, so by optimising technology and processes we are able to increase proactive support for our customers – every step of the way. My ambition is for every customer interaction with GIS to be a positive one,’ said Laura.
