Jetbox delivers improved presentation for banners

LP Displays is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of point of sale and printed signage.

Responding to a request for a new presentation LP chose square Jetbox packaging from Bell Packaging. The challenge was to transport high quality banners so that they were well protected, easy to open and the outer container be reusable.

Traditionally spirally wound mailing tubes would be used for this application however these are difficult to handle and store.

Jetbox is made using Korsnas board – this is FSC and can be Kraft or white. With minimum quantities of 500 pieces and a fast delivery time the packaging offers an economic solution for small and medium tube requirements.

Commenting on the application LP Display managing director Mark Ellis said, ‘We needed a fast solution as the customer had a tight deadline and budget. Bell came to our rescue and delivered the finished tubes within seven days. Packing the tube was simple – we managed to complete 200 packs within 50 minutes. This has to be a world record and the finished presentation looked fantastic.
