Atlantic expands HP and Mimaki service and support

Atlantic has expanded national support for both HP and Mimaki solvent and latex wide format printers with the recent recruitment of Stuart McBride and Graham Harvey from Hybrid Services.

Stuart McBride, an experienced manufacturer trained HP engineer, has joined the company to head up the newly formed HP service division. Stuart has many years’ experience with all the HP Latex and FB range of printers, having previously worked for many years with Art Systems. Atlantic will offer HP printer users both time and materials support and annual service contract support nationally.

Graham Harvey who also joined the company a few months ago, will be specifically focused on the development of Mimaki printer service and support. Graham is manufacturer trained on most JV,CJV, UJF and JFX printers will mainly support the growing number of contract customers in the Midlands and north of the country.

Atlantic currently offers national service and support inclusive of a dedicated help desk, one hour telephone response and eight hour on-site support with media print head protection for all contract customers.
