Esko Kongsberg X24 Starter proves the ideal present for Pelican Print

Pelican Print provides in-house pre-press, litho, digital and large format printing from its two sites, both based in Aylesbury. With a history spanning 20 years, it is very much in the present when it comes to innovation, and recently purchased an Esko Kongsberg X24 Starter from CMYUK.

‘We were looking for a way to bring a new aspect to the company,’ said Scott Brookes, managing director at Pelican Print. ‘The X24 is definitely going to give us that competitive edge. The price point was right and due to it being modular, we can grow the machine with our business. CMYUK has been great every step of the way; from sales to great on-site training. We can’t wait to get started on some new projects in 2019.’

With a working area of 1680 x 3200 mm, the Kongsberg X24 Starter comes with the MultiCut tool head offering milling productivity, camera system and two open modules where a variety of different tool inserts can be fitted allowing for quick turnaround on a wide range of materials.
