A leap year proposal from Design Club

Print Solutions

Design Club is a new service for the graphic design community and specifiers of print, which launched on Leap Year Day – the 29 February 2020.

Design Club is a new division of Denmaur Paper Media – launched with the objective of providing designers and specifiers of paper for print with the full facts with regard to paper products available to them – especially with respect to their adaptability and sustainability.

The Design Club website also launched on Leap Year Day, allowing people to sign up for free membership which then entitles them to a full range of services which include free gifts, entry into design club competitions, invitations to exclusive events, discounts and third party offers, environmental reports, logos and statements, free paper health check, a preferential samples and mock up service, and access to product cards and swatches.

Members are also automatically entered in Design Club’s launch competition, which is a chance to win a limited edition Caran d’Ache pencil sharpening machine – as featured in the club’s design icon web page.

Commenting on the launch, Design Club marketing and sustainability manager, Andrew Bruguier, stated: ‘A new division aimed at the design community was the next natural step for us. Since Denmaur Paper Media rebranded in 2018, our website has attracted a lot of traffic from designers requesting paper and environmental information, as well as samples and dummies. It seemed logical therefore to pull that information together in one easy place for them to access and learn more about our key ranges such as Revive, UPM Fine and Arctic – as well as our wide range of supporting services.’
