Fishersgate based label manufacturer A4 Labels has announced the launch of its new Custom Roll Labels range, alongside the introduction of its proprietary StudioA4 template software marking a major step forward in simplifying and scaling label production for businesses of all sizes.

Now available via the A4 Labels’ website, the new Custom Roll Labels expand the company’s offering beyond its core A4 sheet range, giving customers access to high volume, application ready formats designed for both manual use and automated labelling systems.
Designed to support growing brands, the new roll label range includes:
Fully bespoke sizing and shapes, tailored to individual product requirements.
A wide range of materials, including paper, waterproof films and transparent finishes.
Multiple finish options such as matte and gloss.
Compatibility with label dispensers and automated applicators.
Flexible order volumes for both SMEs and large scale producers.
While roll labels are an established format within the packaging industry, A4 Labels’ approach focuses on accessibility making it easier for independent brands and scaling businesses to transition into more efficient labelling without complexity or large minimum orders.
Alongside the product launch, the company has unveiled StudioA4, a new in-house template software designed to eliminate the challenges traditionally associated with label design.
The platform allows customers to design their labels directly within the website, automatically applying their artwork across the correct template format removing the need for manual alignment or technical set up.
Customers gain access to StudioA4 after placing an order, with login details provided in their order confirmation. The platform is set to be supported by a dedicated YouTube tutorial and a wider social media rollout in the coming weeks.
‘We know that designing labels especially when working with templates can be one of the most frustrating parts of the process,’ said Charlie Hawker, managing director of A4 Labels. StudioA4 removes that barrier completely. It does the hard work for you, so customers can focus on creating something that looks great, rather than worrying about formatting.
‘Combined with the launch of Custom Roll Labels, we are now able to support our customers from initial design right through to large scale application. It is about making the entire process simpler, faster and more accessible.’
The dual launch reflects A4 Labels’ continued focus on innovation within a traditionally overlooked sector, combining practical product development with digital tools that streamline the customer experience.
By integrating design and production more closely, the company aims to support businesses at every stage from start ups creating their first product labels to established brands optimising high volume operations.
