ABG launches new Flex Pack division in partnership with Galaxy Packtech

A B Graphic International (ABG), has launched a new division, ABG Flex Pack. The move marks an exciting strategic step forward for the company, expanding its expertise in lamination and finishing into this high growth sector.

Far from being a newcomer, the company has many years of experience in the field, manufacturing thermal laminators, pouch finishing systems such as the Digicon 3000 and shrink sleeve machines that are installed in markets worldwide. ABG Flex Pack now consolidates this expertise into a dedicated division to deliver a complete, end to end packaging solution.

ABG Flex Pack combines three key pillars of innovation. First is the launch of a new ThermoLam product – a compact, modular thermal laminator that improves on previous models with better ergonomics, easier roll handling from the front and an optimised footprint for maximum efficiency. Second is the addition of pouch making solutions through an exclusive partnership with Galaxy Packtech, which provides converters with access to proven, high performance technology. And finally, a third innovation is on the horizon, set to further enhance the appeal and functionality of flexible packaging – details to be revealed later this year. Together, these innovations offer a comprehensive, end to end solution for the rapidly growing flexibles market.

Galaxy Packtech, a family run business with 24 years of experience, over 1500 installations worldwide and a 100 strong team of experts, is a leader in pouch and bag making machines. ABG will provide exclusive distribution and service for Galaxy Packtech across Europe (including UK and Ireland), the Americas, Australasia, Japan and Israel.

ABG Flex Pack will feature prominently on Galaxy Packtech’s stand (5E48) at Labelexpo Europe 2025, taking place from 16 to 19 September at Fira de Barcelona - Gran Via, Spain. Live demonstrations of the high performance pouch making machine will take place throughout the show and ABG experts will be on hand to discuss applications, integration and service support.
