Advance Print Solutions targets transport graphics growth

Leicestershire based Advance Print Solutions has invested in an HP Latex 830W printer to support continued growth and expand its presence in the transport graphics market.

Based in Lutterworth, near Rugby, the company specialises in wide format and small format print, as well as retail displays, point of sale materials and vinyl graphics. Having built a loyal and diverse customer base, the company sought to expand its service offering and enter new markets. It identified significant opportunities in the transport graphics sector, with its investment in the Latex 830W strengthening its capabilities and enabling it to capitalise on this growth area.

Purchased from approved HP distribution partner Perfect Colours and installed at Advance Print Solutions’ facility in April 2026, the Latex 830W empowers users to maximise productivity and deliver high value jobs with consistent quality. The printer can handle a wide variety of media up to 1.63 metres wide and produce vibrant colour and white output across a broad range of applications.

Sheron Cummins, managing director, said that after ‘significant research’, the printer stood out for its exceptional reviews and overall capabilities – including its flexibility and quality when used to produce vehicle graphics.

‘It was the perfect fit for where we want to take the graphics department,’ Sheron said. ‘We have already seen the benefits first hand, with increased capacity supporting our continued growth, and it has opened up new opportunities.

The 830W is Advance Print Solutions’ first investment from this range, with the company now set to benefit from the machine’s wider capabilities.

Aside from vehicle graphics, the machine’s use of white ink will allows a broad range of applications to be produced. This includes opening up additional opportunities across window graphics, signage and other specialist projects that require vibrant, high impact output on coloured and transparent materials.
