Antalis announces the acquisition of Texo Trade Services (TTS)

Antalis has expanded its presence in the European market with the acquisition of Texo Trade Services (TTS), a leading European distributor and manufacturer of printable textiles and transfer printing media for textile and large format printing, based in the Netherlands.

This strategic operation reflects Antalis’ ambition to reinforce its position in the visual communication sector, one of the group’s key growth drivers. It will enable the company to strengthen its footprint in the printable textile sector, broaden its portfolio of high value added solutions and consolidate its commercial synergies across Europe.

The transaction also contributes to accelerating the group’s sustainability commitments, by integrating a product range recognised for its innovation and reduced environmental impact.
