Available from March, Antalis Packaging has added the FillPak Mini, a compact and versatile paper void fill converter developed by Ranpak to its range of packaging machinery.

Designed to deliver full size performance in a compact format, this solution is a go to packing tool wherever space saving, configurability and ergonomics are a priority.  FillPak Mini is a smart addition to Antalis’ growing range of void fill and cushioning solutions, helping businesses protect products effectively during transit.

The FillPak Mini combines performance with a compact footprint. Despite its smaller size, it delivers reliable and consistent paper void fill to secure goods and minimise movement within cartons. Its simple controls, adjustable batch mode and pad length settings allow it to adapt to different packing requirements. A slow feed button and CE compliant safety features help create a safer working environment for operators.

The machine is compatible with the full range of FillPak 50 to 70 g/m2 paper grades, including GrasiKraft, Premium Kraft, Recycled Kraft and Ecoline options, providing both high performance protection and more sustainable packaging choices.

Steve Marples, category manager, commented: ‘The FillPak Mini is an important addition to our void fill portfolio. Many customers are looking for compact solutions that do not compromise on performance or operator safety. This machine gives them the flexibility to improve efficiency while maintaining protection standards and supporting their sustainability goals.’

Specialists are also available to visit customer sites to provide a live demonstration of the FillPak Mini and carry out a packaging audit, enabling Antalis to recommend the most suitable void fill and cushioning solutions to optimise protection, efficiency and cost.
