Antalis signs a binding agreement to acquire Club Groupe

Antalis has announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire Club Groupe, Digital Printing France and Technical Digital Printing (TDP). Club Groupe is a recognised player in the visual communication sector in France.

Founded and managed by Laurent Pigot and Frédéric Dupaix, Club Groupe specialises in the sale of machines and consumables for large format digital printing.
