Bowe Systec is to unveil its new One4All card mailing system to the public at Trustech in Paris (December 2 to 4, 2025). The concept of covering all common applications with a single machine offers users a number of advantages, including process quality enhancements, reduced operating effort and an overall increase in flexibility and efficiency thanks to the system.

The new One4All card mailing system has been designed to process all common card mailing applications fully automatically in a single system. Many new technology features represent an array of advantages for users, including input independent production, more efficient, continuous processing and flexible card attaching with the possibility of job consolidation – all this with high precision fold quality and significantly reduced operating effort.

The system shows astonishing flexibility when it comes to paper feeding. It makes no difference to the machine whether the input is via a printer connected on line or a sheet feeder with pre-printed paper. It is even possible to switch between both infeed options via ‘plug and play’.

The newly developed buffer ensures continuous, seamless processing, even with frequent job changeovers. The buffer holds up to 20 sheets to ensure load balancing between any kind of printer and the card mailing system itself. This allows for an optimal utilisation of the system while guaranteeing maximum output. The carrier paper is drawn off from above. This prevents double draw offs and the carrier documents can be fed in the optimal orientation for further processing.

The One4All's innovative folding process ensures a further technological advantage. The folding unit does not pull in the entire document. Instead, it feeds in only the section intended for the folding edges and initially pre-folds the paper, which is still ‘card free’ at that stage of processing. Single, wrap or z-fold are possible. Only then are the cards attached by a spider robot. This allows for a perfect fold and non stop production. Up to six cards with an unfolded carrier or up to four cards with a (pre)folded carrier can be attached to the document at any desired position while being gentle on machine and material. With maximum speeds of up to 6000 cards per hour, the One4All delivers high precision results.

This is all possible thanks to the One4All's rapid ability to comprehend the job at hand. By reading in the first card, it registers all the processing parameters and sets itself up automatically in no time at all. The more different jobs need to be run, the more this speeds up the process compared to the competition.

If operating personnel are required, they are guided through the process by the system.

‘Despite high production volumes, many of our customers have so far preferred to invest in smaller systems – on the grounds that the high set up times mean that they prefer to work with several machines,’ said Joachim Koschier, managing director of the Bowe Group. ‘The One4All demonstrates that even with frequent changeovers, production can be carried out reliably, smoothly and efficiently. We had visitors from many different countries at our headquarters and after assessing what the One4All is capable of, they have all given us the same feedback: they want this machine!’
