C&T Matrix (C&T) has announced the relocation of its manufacturing operations this year to a new facility in Poole, Dorset, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth and development strategy.

The move represents a major investment in manufacturing capabilities and future expansion. The new site has been selected to support enhanced product development, improved operational efficiency, and upgraded customer facing facilities.

A key feature of the Poole facility will be a dedicated customer suite, including an on-site machinery training centre, designed to strengthen collaboration with customers and partners while providing advanced training and technical support.

Commenting on the move, Howard Mead, global sales director, said: ‘This relocation is a positive and important step for C&T. The new facility gives us the space and capability to continue developing our products, invest in our people, and create a more engaging environment for customers and partners. It reflects our long term commitment to growth, innovation, and customer support.’

While manufacturing operations transition to Dorset, the company’s sales and finance teams will continue to operate from Northamptonshire, ensuring continuity across commercial and customer support functions.

The relocation of Rubber Profiles production is scheduled to commence in Feburary 2026, with the full manufacturing transition expected to be completed by the end of May 2026. The move has been carefully planned to maintain high service standards throughout the transition.

By investing in modern facilities and enhanced customer engagement capabilities, C&T continues to reinforce its position as a forward thinking, customer focused partner to the global packaging, die making, folding carton, corrugated, and commercial print industries.
