C&T Matrix (C&T) has announced the appointment of Paul Chang as quality, health, safety & environmental (QHSE) manager.

Paul brings extensive experience from years of holding senior quality and QHSE management roles across a wide range of industries. His background includes comprehensive involvement in quality systems, compliance, operational risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives, making him a strong addition to the leadership team.

Paul will oversee and enhance all aspects of quality, health and safety, and environmental management at C&T. This includes ensuring the company maintains its ISO certifications, while driving system improvements to streamline processes and reinforce operational excellence.

Paul’s expertise as a lead auditor in multiple ISO management standards will be instrumental in supporting C&T’s commitment to quality and compliance.
