C&T Matrix appoints Howard Mead as global sales director

C&T Matrix has announced the appointment of Howard Mead as global sales director, effective immediately.

Howard’s promotion brings a wealth of commercial experience to the role, having worked extensively within the packaging and converting sectors and directly for C&T Matrix for nine years. As global sales director, he will be responsible for driving international sales growth, strengthening distributor relationships, and expanding the company’s global footprint across key markets.

Supporting Howard in his role is Justin Smith, finance director, who will continue to play a key part in overseeing financial strategy and ensuring operational alignment across the group. Together, they will focus on delivering sustainable growth and enhanced customer support.

Howard said, ‘I am delighted to undertake this new position. My goal is to strengthen the C&T group and brand as the market leader within the creasing matrix and consumables sector.
