C&T Matrix awarded British Standards Institution ISO9001 and ISO14001

C&T Channel Matrix (C&T) has announced its accreditation to two British Standards Institution (BSI) certificates.

The first certificate is the ISO9001 Quality Management System accreditation, for the following scope: ‘the manufacture of extruded and other semi-manufactured products for the paper board and carton industry’. This certificate will result in several positive steps for C&T, including improving efficiency and standing out from our competitors.

The other BSI accreditation is the ISO14001 Environmental Management System (ESM). Simon Shenton, C&T Matrix managing director, said: ‘This certificate confirms our commitment to quality and sustainability. Future sustainability is a driving force for C&T, and we continue to strive to meet our objective to reduce manufacturing waste by up to 40% by 2022. This makes our ESM certificate particularly momentous to us, as we take this next exciting step to further improving our environmental performance.’
