C&T Matrix is strengthening its support for the packaging and die making industries by expanding its high quality, high technology die making equipment portfolio.
Manufactured by Wenzhou Adewo Automation Equipment, the range is designed to deliver precision, reliability, and affordability for die makers and the print packaging industry.
The expanded portfolio enables customers to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across die making operations, supporting the sector's growing demands.
C&T Matrix now offers a comprehensive die making equipment range with a complete selection of advanced machinery, including, CNC laser systems, automatic rule processors, automatic rule benders, manual die making machines and automatic laser welders. Each solution is engineered to streamline workflows while maintaining high production standards.

Automatic rule processor: Type X1EPRO is for versatility and ease of use. It cuts, lips, bridges, and perforates 2pt, 3pt, and 4pt rules up to 60 mm height with optional cut-crease and stripping functions.
Automatic rule bender: Type ABM 832C2 combines multiple processes into one system. It Bends 2pt and 3pt rules up to 32 mm height and cuts, lips ,bridges, bending, broaching, nicking, perforating, and cut-crease functions.
CNC laser fixed head (400w/600w) systems are tailored for plywood die board processing and offer table size options to suit standard plywood sheets.
In addition, to complement its die making machines, the company now offers an automatic laser welder capable of producing a continuous filament weld join on bent or shaped rules. This advanced welding method delivers a stronger, safer alternative to traditional spot welded joins, commonly used in thermoforming blades and gasket industry cutting formes. Key benefits include a secure jig ensuring perfect blade flatness, no heat at the join, preserving material integrity and a durable, high-quality finish for demanding applications.
Howard Mead, global sales director, said: ‘Our goal is to give die makers access to affordable technology that helps them work smarter, faster, and more accurately. By expanding our die making portfolio, we are enabling customers to enhance quality and productivity with proven, high tech solutions.’
