Canon launches imagePress V900 II Series

Canon has announced the launch of the imagePress V900 II series, the latest evolution of its proven A3 cutsheet colour toner press for light production environments.

Designed for commercial and in-house print operations typically producing 15,000 to 250,000 A4 images per month, the new series builds on the imagePress V900 series, which has achieved cumulative sales of more than 5000 units across EMEA since its launch in late 2022.

The V900 II, V800 II and V700 II systems combine stable image quality with increased productivity and uptime at 90/80/70 A4 pages per minute respectively and support a wide range of applications. The compact and versatile platform is particularly suited to print environments managing a diverse mix of short run, fast turnaround work, where consistent quality, application flexibility and efficient day to day production are essential. 

The new imagePress V900 II series delivers enhanced performance through the following improvements in productivity and output quality, helping print companies to handle fast turnaround requirements more efficiently. Thes include new drum technology, which helps to maintain stable image quality over a longer period and ensure clean halftones and minimal streaking; optimised idle control, which reduces waiting time before printing; and enhanced jam recovery, which reduces press downtime. 

As versatile as its predecessor, the new series also offers a wide range of feeding and finishing options, both from Canon and multiple third parties, that support diverse customer requirements.

The new imagePress V900 II, V800 II and V700 II will be available from December 2026 across EMEA either through accredited Canon Partners or direct from Canon.
