CMYUK continues investment in service with new service administration manager

CMYUK has announced the appointment of Julia Clarke as service administration manager. She will report to Neil Roberts, who heads up the company’s service department.

Julia joins the business at a time of accelerated growth and exceptional success across all hardware platforms. In this newly created role, she will focus on enhancing communication with the company’s expanding service customer base and ensure the smooth operation of internal processes.

Julia joins the company from Elements Europe, where she was the learning and development coordinator, and has a wealth of experience in customer service administration. She brings a strategic mindset and hands on approach that will support the continued evolution of the company’s service offering.
