Creation Reprographics has announced the appointment of Phil Brown as its new operations director, marking a significant step in the company’s continued growth.
Phil brings with him extensive experience across the print, pre-press and production sectors, having held senior operational and leadership roles where he has consistently delivered improvements in efficiency, service quality and team performance. His track record of streamlining workflows, implementing scalable processes and leading high performing teams makes him a strong addition to Creation’s leadership team at a pivotal time for the business.

The appointment comes as Creation continues to build on the momentum generated by its investment in a new, purpose built headquarters, designed to enhance production capabilities, support innovation and deliver an even higher level of service to clients.
Phil is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, optimising internal processes and supporting the business as it scales, ensuring Creation remains at the forefront of pre-press and reprographics services.
