Dantex announces new distributor agreement for France

Print Solutions Label Solutions

Dantex Group has recently announced a distributor agreement with 2J Impression, a leading supplier of print hardware and software solutions. Based in Mérignac, near Bordeaux, 2J specialises in distributing multi-brand printing equipment and innovative software solutions for document security purposes.

The move, which reinforces Dantex's commitment to expanding its presence and enhancing product awareness in the French market, follows productive discussions between both parties that began during the Covid-19 pandemic. The agreement aligns with a business rationale to leverage 2J's digital expertise and market reputation to facilitate growth and service excellence in France.

The Pico range available to the French market includes the entire PicoJet 1200 series, comprising all models from the 254 and 330, to the flagship fully hybrid high speed 1200 DRS model – in addition, the robust PicoColour HD will also be available. The Pico range is designed with modular components and in line finishing, meeting the highest quality standards according to the company’s manufacturing ethos. The new innovative touchscreen operating system makes label production highly practical, allowing for affordable label printing whether short or long runs, with no minimum run quantity, minimal waste and a super fast turnaround.

Commenting on the agreement, Willy Peltier, operations and finance director at 2J, said: ‘We are very excited with this new strategic partnership. The arrangement will enable our customers to benefit from our combined expertise in hardware, services and software solutions, to provide tailored, high performance and agile responses to current market challenges.’

‘2J’s knowledge of the label industry and the sectors Dantex serves makes it an ideal partner,’ added Marc Fiadino, general manager, Dantex France. ‘Its reputation, market understanding and alignment with our values and offerings make this distributorship agreement a natural fit.’

‘The agreement with 2J is not just about expanding our reach, it is about strengthening our service commitment to our customers in France,’ concluded Dantex CEO Ben Danon. ‘We are confident that together, Dantex and 2J will set new standards in service and reliability in the French digital label market.’
