Dantex set to unveil major technology advancements to its Pico range

Launched at Labelexpo Americas 2022 last September and hailed as a breakthrough in digital press technology and design, Dantex Group’s new look PicoJet 1200 range will be once again in the spotlight at this year’s Labelexpo Europe. At 10 am on day one of the show, the company will be unveiling a significant reveal of new technology to the Pico range, plus exciting upgrades to its interface, print quality and finishing capabilities. Dantex Group is exhibiting on stand 9A34.

The current PicoJet range boasts a myriad of popular features, including user friendly PicoCenter and PicoPilot software with intuitive touchscreen interfaces, exceptional print quality, and oustanding performance even at high speeds. Innovations such as SuperText, SuperWhite, and DecoTactile technologies are integrated, offering a wide range of finishing solutions for end to end label manufacture.

PicoJet stands as a true hybrid press, offering versatile configurations from reel to reel or with a range of in line finishing capabilities and flexo stations before or after the digital engine. With the option to add white with 92% opacity in a single pass at speeds of up to 75 metres per minute, the press becomes instrumental in creating a variety of tactile finishes and textures. Moreover, PicoJet offers the widest colour gamut at any configuration, whether a customer chooses the entry level four colour option or highest level eight colour, which expands the creative possibilities for label production.

Dantex Group has also entered into an exciting partnership, which will be unveiled at Labelexpo. This collaboration, which promises to bring even more allure to its solutions, will elevate the printing experience and expand the range of stunning effects achievable with PicoJet.
