dayGraphica range expanded with two new high performance blankets

Print Solutions

Flint Group has introduced the dayGraphica 4300 and dayGraphica 7100 – two durable blankets crafted with superior surface and carcass technology for high performance.

Designed for both traditional UV curing lamps and UV-LED sheetfed applications, dayGraphica 4300 improves performance through high quality output. Its micro-ground surface layer resists swelling and embossing from traditional UV and UV-LED inks while delivering excellent dot reproduction. A thick compressible layer ensures uniform pressure across many press configurations and format sizes, and its outstanding smash recovery further boosts the value for money it offers.

As a combination blanket, dayGraphica 7100 reduces complexity and consumables purchases and minimises downtime by combining the ability to print both conventional and UV inks with a single product. With advanced carcass technology, it maintains consistent gauge over its long lifespan. Its blended surface layer ensures excellent ink transfer and halftones.

Both blankets boast high smash resistance and rebound characteristics.

Roy van der Pijl, senior commercial director for offset packaging solutions, said: ‘In today’s sheetfed market, speed and cost are more critical than ever. Printers need blankets they can rely on. Our new dayGraphica products boost our existing range with the durability and quality our customers expect. Both blankets have been designed to provide outstanding smash resistance, ink transfer, and colour reproduction and have been proven under the most demanding testing conditions.

‘The results speak for themselves: dayGraphica 4300 and 7100 deliver proven quality, performance and can reduce printers’ overall cost to print. Moreover, combined with our extensive sheetfed offset ink range, fount solutions, washes, and other press room chemicals, these latest products will significantly contribute to our customers’ success.’
