Demand for AA Labels’ Click & Collect exceeds expectations

Following the introduction of its Click & Collect service AA Labels has announced a 20% uplift in its new ordering system over the last six months.

After identifying a gap in the label printing industry for this kind of service, AA Labels introduced the new facility last summer, at the same time expanding its in-house team to provide extended production hours. As a result, orders for the service have increased by 20% as customers from Peterborough and the wider area take advantage of the new ordering system.

Before it was launched, this type of collection service had not been available within the label printing industry, resulting in customers relying on standard delivery times for orders, potentially adding pressure to production times and processing.

By providing a collection service, AA Labels can offer businesses the opportunity to place an order and collect on the same day, saving time for both small and large label orders. There are no limits on order size, other than the exclusion of palleted orders.

After placing an order online, we will work with the customer to meet their collection requirements to help them get on with their own fulfilment needs as quickly as possible.

The AA Labels Click & Collect service works by using an advanced online system which automatically generates collection dates and times once an order is placed. This enables customers to know exactly when to send a team or pick up the order themselves, with the advantage of viewing delivery and collection options before proceeding to check out.
