An interactive, thought provoking event, taking place on 19 May 2026 at London's Guildhall, will focus on ‘The Implementation Imperative: How to Embed Inclusion and Belonging’.

This forward thinking event is designed for professionals across all industries providing practical insights and actionable strategies to drive meaningful impact on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within your own organisation.
Keynotes come from expert global practitioners in the field of diversity and inclusion, followed by a panel discussion and a carefully curated workshop.
The event is aligned with Rt Hon the Lady Mayor, Dame Susan Langley’s ambition to 'un-square the Square Mile' to show that the City of London is an open place for all.
The morning's highlights include addresses from Peter Cheese, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Sandra Kerr, race equality director at Business in the Community (BITC) and Simon Fanshawe, co-founder of the consultancy Diversity by Design.
The conference will be followed by a networking lunch, to meet the speakers and your fellow attendees. It offers a platform where leading edge professionals come together to shape the future and lead with purpose and inclusion across the City of London and beyond.
