Enfocus has updated its PitStop, Phoenix, and Griffin solutions to enhance their usability and help users align more closely with Industry 4.0 principles.
Steven Nuyt, head of product at Enfocus, said: ‘These updates to PitStop, Phoenix, and Griffin give print companies access to the latest tools that will help streamline processes, improve performance, and, ultimately, be more creative and profitable.’
The greatest advance in PitStop Pro 26.07 is compatibility with Adobe Protected Mode.
Acrobat Protected Mode is a built-in security feature of Adobe’s flagship PDF software to help protect computers from potentially malicious files. When a PDF is opened, it runs in a sandbox environment that isolates the file from the rest of the computer and network access points.
This update futureproofs PitStop Pro and ensures users are in line with data integrity and information governance best practices.

The PitStop Server 26.07 update also increases compatibility by accepting tiff image files as an input source through the CLI and the Switch apps.
The latest Phoenix release introduces an advanced bound booklet assembly mode and an updated planning engine, which enable users to optimise folding schemes and production layouts with greater efficiency.
Griffin is now available in Portuguese to meet demand from our Brazilian customers.
Steven said, ‘By improving the user experience and expanding the functionality of our software solutions, we are giving print professionals the freedom to spend less time on repetitive tasks, overcome challenges, and commit more time to creative, high value print production.’
