eProductivity Software (ePS) has announced the appointment of Micky Abhold as chief customer officer. In this new executive leadership role, Micky will oversee global professional services and support services, with a focus on delivering faster time to value, expanding knowledge across teams, and ensuring consistent, measurable outcomes for customers worldwide.

This appointment reflects ePS’ continued investment in its customers and a strategic focus on enabling long term success across its ERP, MES, and process control deployments.
‘As our customer base continues to grow, we are scaling our services to meet their evolving needs,’ said Doug Braun, CEO of ePS. ‘Micky brings a wealth of experience in building service organisations that deliver results and deepen trust and partnership. Her leadership will ensure our customers realise value sooner, with less friction and greater clarity.’
She joins ePS with more than 25 years of experience leading services organisations in the enterprise software and supply chain sectors. Most recently, she served as executive vice president of professional services at Infios, where she led global implementation, drove operational excellence, and supported board level strategic initiatives. Micky has also held senior roles at e2open and Blue Yonder, consistently delivering improvements in service delivery, customer success, and business performance.
‘I have always believed that great service teams don’t just support customers – they enable them,’ Micky said. ‘At ePS, the commitment to customer success is already strong. I am excited to help build on that foundation and create even more value through aligned teams, streamlined execution, and shared goals.’
