Esko and GlobalVision have introduced Verify Comply, a new AI powered compliance assistant designed to help brands and packaging teams review artwork, labels, and packaging against regulatory requirements and internal brand standards.
The new solution is the first joint product from the two companies following the acquisition of GlobalVision earlier this year. By combining the technologies, Verify Comply enables packaging and labelling teams to move beyond manual, fragmented compliance checks towards a more intelligent and consistent approach to artwork verification.
Available both within the Esko WebCenter packaging management platform and as a standalone solution, Verify Comply combines intelligent document understanding with centralised, reusable compliance rulebooks, helping teams standardise reviews across products, markets, agencies, and packaging suppliers.

Srinivas Kuppa, chief product officer with Esko, said: ‘Verify Comply represents more than the combination of two products. It reflects the coming together of Esko and GlobalVision’s complementary strengths to solve one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: how to move packaging to market faster without compromising quality or compliance.
‘As regulatory requirements become more complex and teams are asked to do more with less, Verify Comply gives brands a smarter, AI powered approach to managing compliance, mitigating risk, reducing recalls and accelerating speed to market.’
Verify Comply is designed to act as a single source of truth for global and brand compliance. Teams can create and maintain living rulebooks that codify regulatory requirements, brand standards, and packaging specifications, then apply those rules consistently across SKUs, markets, and production workflows. Its AI powered capabilities provide a human like understanding of packaging content, enabling teams to interpret and review elements such as claims, nutritional and supplement facts, allergens, panels, copy, and other critical packaging information rapidly and at scale.
Jonathan Rossy, director of the GlobalVision product line with Esko, said Verify Comply delivers a truly new way of verifying quality based on the integration of the core capabilities of both companies. ‘Compliance reviews have become a major source of complexity for packaging and labelling teams,’ he said. ‘With increasing regulatory requirements, expanding product portfolios, and pressure to get products to market faster, teams need a smarter way to identify risks before they become costly errors.
‘Verify Comply uses AI to automate and strengthen compliance verification, helping teams reduce manual review effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate the path from artwork creation to approved packaging. It is about giving organisations greater confidence in every release while helping them work at a scale that is no longer possible with manual processes alone.’
‘As packaging portfolios become more complex and brands face increasing regulatory requirements across markets, compliance can quickly become a bottleneck,’ said Jan De Roeck, Esko director of marketing, strategy and industry relations. ‘Verify Comply brings intelligence, consistency and automation to this critical stage of the packaging workflow, helping teams identify potential issues earlier, reduce risk and move packaging to market with greater confidence.
‘By bringing compliance intelligence directly into packaging workflows, Verify Comply enables brands and their packaging partners to standardise critical checks, share knowledge across teams, and maintain greater control over quality and regulatory requirements, all while allowing creative and production teams to focus on getting packaging to market.’
