Antalis’ Xanita design support service aims to help printers and creative agencies maximise the potential of Xanita board for structural display applications.

The initiative is designed to support the production of high impact point of sale (POS) displays, free standing display units (FSDUs), and exhibition stands, providing expert guidance to turn complex concepts into production ready solutions.

As demand for sustainable display materials that do not compromise on strength or visual impact increases, Xanita board is gaining popularity across the print sector. Made from 100% repulpable, engineered, closed cell fibre board, Xanita is also manufactured with a part recycled Kraft core. It is environmentally friendly, lightweight and very strong, making it the ideal solution for a wide range of structural applications.

Antalis’ service offers both ready to use resources and bespoke design support.

For fast turnaround projects, the Xanita CNC Cut-File Store provides users with a library of pre-designed, structurally proven files. Each download includes cut files, processing guidelines, and assembly instructions, enabling printers to quote accurately and move quickly into production.

For more complex briefs, customers can work directly with Xanita’s specialist design team. From concept through to final cut files, the service provides support in developing structurally sound, cost effective, and material efficient designs, whether for load bearing FSDUs or modular exhibition systems.

Paul Neale, product manager, said: ‘We are seeing growing demand from printers and brands for sustainable materials that can deliver real impact in three-dimensional applications. With this Xanita design support service, we are giving our customers the confidence to take on more ambitious projects, backed by expert guidance at every stage. It is about making complex structural design more accessible, while ensuring the result is both visually impressive and commercially viable.’

By combining technical consultation, design expertise, and prototyping support, the company aims to help customers deliver high value display projects.

‘With this service, Antalis continues to expand its value added solutions, positioning itself not just as a materials supplier, but as a partner to the print and creative industries,’ added Paul.
