Fujifilm Europe has announced a new partnership with Burke Systems & Solutions, the Belfast based office print and technology provider, which will add Fujifilm’s Apeos range of multifunction printers (MFPs) to its managed print portfolio.
Burke Systems will offer Fujifilm’s Apeos range, from the C2060 model to the C7070, and from October the new Apeos C3567 and C3061 range, to customers across multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, public sector, legal and financial services, construction and more.
Burke, which celebrate 50 years this year, bring vast industry experience alongside Fujifilm UK to strengthen the partner network and Northern Ireland presence.
Founded in Belfast in 1976 as Burke Office & Data Supplies, Burke Systems & Solutions started by supplying and repairing typewriters and has since expanded into managed print and document management services.

Michael Burke, managing director, says the company had been watching Fujifilm’s growth in the UK office print market before deciding to add the Apeos range.
‘Print quality was the main factor for us,’ he said. ‘The devices are robust, and the output quality, particularly for high resolution images, stood out. We also needed a broad product range that was reliable, straightforward for customers to use and backed by strong sales and technical support.’
Michael says the decision was based on the extensive Apeos range offering, product and print quality, device reliability, Fujifilm’s sales and technical support and the ability to integrate the printers with existing customer systems.
For customers, he identified ease of use, reliable document feeding and scanning, and integration with software such as PaperCut as day to day requirements.
Burke Systems & Solutions’ customer offer is built around experienced business advice and service at the forefront. The company provides customers with a single, local point of contact for support throughout the life of the equipment. ‘Our customers rely on us for advice, installation and ongoing support, not just for equipment,’ Michael continued. ‘We needed a partner and product range that fitted that service model, and Fujifilm gives us that.’
Burke expects the Apeos range to give customers more choice when selecting managed print systems, with expected benefits including improved print output quality, greater device reliability and uptime, faster document workflows and reduced support requirements. The company also expects the range to support customers’ security and sustainability requirements.
‘Our longstanding customer base is testament to our expertise in the industry. Our 50 year anniversary in 2026 should give confidence to schools and other customers in our ability to deliver the best services and solutions,’ Michael added. ‘We are constantly evolving and embracing change, keeping up to date with industry and global trends, which is reflected in our longevity as a business in Northern Ireland, and our growth across GB and Ireland.
Gary Organ, head of device technology at Fujifilm in the UK, commented: ‘Burke Systems & Solutions brings long standing customer relationships, 50 years of industry experience and strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland market. The partnership gives us an experienced local partner as we continue to grow our UK office print channel and make the Apeos range available to more organisations.’
