Innovia launches sustainable printable media film

Innovia Films has launched a sustainable wide format printable media film, that has a much lower carbon impact than alternatives currently being used in the market. Rayoart GWES is a 78 micron film, which is available in both gloss and matt white. Using innovative new surface engineering technology so that it is printable by eco solvent inks, UV and HP Latex.

This new product has significant sustainability benefits versus PVC based media. The material has a 30% weight advantage over other film substrates of a comparable thickness. It also has a much lower carbon footprint and is free from plasticisers and chlorides. Which makes this film an excellent alternative to monomeric PVC.
